Baskatong Circle was shot at sundown on one of the many beaches of the Baskatong Reservoir, a man-made lake in northwest Quebec formed following the construction of the Mercier Dam in 1927. This lake is more than 400 kilometers square. The ever changing water level constantly changes the landscape around it. Warm colors and the horizon are perfectly aligned to create a great triptych, a perfect match with Cape Cod Circle and Amalfi Circle. Minimalist print of a beautiful landscape.
